Mental health is not a destination, but a process. It?s about how you drive, not where you?re going.
To raise awareness of mental health issues with the children and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health Hari Vidya Bhawan organized a session for classes VI to VIII on 24.11.2022 with Arti Girdhar Head of Anon Global Foundation, an NGO dedicated to the cause of promoting and enabling wellness and living standards for the all-round welfare of society.
The session included mindfulness activities that focused on creating a safe and comfortable environment for students.
